On March 1-3 our team traveled to Deep Run High School in Glen Allen to compete; there we won the Creativity Award!
On June 25th, we traveled to D.C. to attend the National Advocacy Conference. We were able to meet with our representatives and senators to lobby STEM education funding, more specifically, ESSA Title IV Part A. We also met Dean Kamen and Don Bossi. The six of us received a personal tour of the capitol building from Congressman Garret!
Pictures from the trivia night on 2/29 sponsored by the robotics club! It went really well! We had 17 teams. Congratulations to the winners, THE MENTORS!
